Senior Business Analyst says

"As with most large companies, it is difficult to get things done quickly. Looking back at my time spent working for a smaller company, I realized just how much more efficiently one can operate in a small company."

Account Receivable Associate (Former Employee) says

"This company is no longer and is now under the Umbrella of United Healthcare Optum. I only worked here six months in a cube farm where I just did my job and went home."

Sr. Software Engineer (Former Employee) says

"I'm not there anymore and haven't been for 7 years. I understand from talking today to someone who still works there that things are better. Company is so big that getting anything done is a pain. It used to be that programmers were punished for not meeting deadlines set by marketing.Work from home 4 days a weekRuthless upper management. Middle management changes seats each 6 months."

Medical Billing Specialist (Former Employee) says

"A typical work day at this company was very stressful. I was expected to do my job to perfection each and every day without proper training. My coworkers were pretty friendly to a degree and that was the best part of this job. Management did not seem to know what they were doing from day to day. I learned that when a company is sold to a much bigger organization that it's employees still maintained the old companies poor values."

Technical Support Specialist (Former Employee) says

"I have nothing to say about this company. The training lacked most everything training needed for a clearinghouse job. No support from team leads because they were busy on the phones also."

Software Developer and Manager (Former Employee) says

"A decent company that could do a better job at culture. When I was there it was daily pressure on multiple projects and tasks all the time without any fun stuff mixed in for the teams. There were a couple bad eggs in upper management who were backstabbing jerks but they have left the company. Lots of projects and work to do using various technologies. They have a good, mature software development process in place with the resources/tools to make it happen. They staff all the typical roles you would expect which is nice. Great office building out in West Valley City in a nice office park area."

Coder (Former Employee) says

"Stated above - the goals of the department are "excellence" and quality which is what we wanted however that interfered with the organizations goal of bottom line savingsFlex hoursLack of management support"

Senior Regulatory Affairs Analyst (Former Employee) says

"This is a very cut-throat company, Upper management is good, but lower is not. There is an atmosphere where everyone is aiming for promotion and most of the employees are very ambitious and cut-throat. Information was not shared. The lack of trust led to a big lag in communication AND productivity. Replies to questions or to requests for help were mostly ignored.Free parkingManipulation"

CDA (Former Employee) says

"I enjoyed with all of the employees and the customers. My position opened the door to other positions in the companyWonderful people to work withNot enough hrs in the day!"

Sales and Customer Service (Former Employee) says

"importance in educating customers on product and how it will benefit their office and how it will increase profit by increasing paid insurance claimsrelaxed environmentceo restructuring pay"

Sr. Recovery Analyst (Former Employee) says

"Low salary is compensated by high bonuses. Very lonely work, you are the only one from your company."

Claims Analyst (Former Employee) says

"Analyzed computer software and compared billing with paid and appropriate coding. I learned to view multiple computer screens and medical coding along with quality analysis of billing. Management was effective and I saw areas that I could benefit the company in those capacities. The hardest part of the job at first was to sit all day, but I became used to that. Also, I enjoyed working with several people in the office and mostly being asked to work on the company Morale Team to enhance a positive environment and coordinate charitable interoffice event.sprominent company with innovative strategies."
